It seems like Tomoya is going to have sex with Nagisa but due to how Nagisa is, they always not end up doing it. I remember a scene where Tomoya thinks Nagisa is finally taking the initiative and they end up just wholesomely sleeping together. They were several of these kinds of scenes. Then the plot becomes heavy again as it focuses on Tomoya.

Tomoya's final year, Nagisa's final year, about a year of marriage, five year time skip after Ushio is born, and around six months from when Tomoya and Ushio reconcile to the end. So between eight and nine years.

In the end of the anime, Nagisa and Ushio both come back to life. It's not terribly clear on how this happens and what causes it. Is it just magic?
