Casio says the band width is 20mm but the band looks like it's cut out for the lugs which may be smaller. I like the look of nato but i often wear it while swimming and working so the watch and strap often get dirty, mudy and grimy nato would just make it a shit ton harder for me to clean but i might as well pull a trigger on another casio duro (perhaps half black half blue bezel and black dial version) and put a nato on that and factory rubber one on the one i currently own.

I was allowed to change the strap from the original rubber strap to this James Bond style NATO strap and it compliments the watch perfectly. For such a low priced watch this thing is beautifully made.
